“Olonne 1” is a contemporary abstract painting inspired by the landscapes of Les Sables d’Olonne. This acrylic painting blends shades of blue, turquoise, green and beige. These colours evoke the sea, the sand and the light of the coastline.
I created this piece using acrylic paint, sand and various other materials. This gives the surface a sense of relief and depth. The textures catch the light and invite the viewer to explore every detail.

This painting is part of the Olonne series. I conceived it following a stay in Les Sables d’Olonne. I wanted to capture the beauty of the coastline, the power of the elements and the constant interplay between the sea and the sand.
