In this artwork, entitled “Between two dreams”, I sought to explore the dialogue between reality and the imagination. The marble powder and sand lends a dreamlike texture that enhances the painting’s atmosphere. Abstraction and expressionism come together naturally here.
Geometric shapes intertwine with more fluid movements. They evoke a dance between dream and reality.
Certain lines and figures bring to mind memories or fragments of landscapes. Yet they remain partially concealed, like distant traces or fading dreams. This encounter between abstract forms and familiar images creates a subtle tension. It questions the boundary between the known and the unknown, between memory and oblivion.
The artwork as a whole suggests an inner journey. The subconscious seems to emerge through diffuse forms, contrasting textures and a delicate interplay of light and shadow.
This painting invites contemplation and personal interpretation. Everyone may find in it a memory, an emotion or a touch of mystery.
